Welcome to DoggyDoo! We’re excited to help keep your garden clean and your shoes waste-free. Our terms of business are designed to make sure you know what to expect from our services, and to ensure a smooth, reliable experience for both you and our team.
Standard Service: Our Standard Service includes collection of all visible loose waste within the agreed areas, such as accessible pathways, driveways, patios, decking, and lawns. Borders and reachable areas from paths or lawns are also included. Our team will not search through or under bushes or dense foliage. All waste will be double-bagged and placed in the client’s bin for local authority collection. We disinfect all tools and shoes before entering and after leaving the premises.
Premium Service: This includes everything in Standard Service plus removal of all waste from the premises, pet-friendly spot sanitization of areas from where waste has been collected, scraping of stuck waste on hard surfaces, and treatment of any residue.
Additional Services (upon request): We also offer services such as deodorizing waste or urine-affected areas, pressure washing heavily soiled areas, and treating urine-stained grass patches. Please let us know if you’re interested in any of these add-ons.
Note: Neither Standard nor Premium services cover waste removal for other animals or general garden debris unless specifically agreed in advance. While we do our best to remove all visible waste, some minor residue may remain.
Property Access: For service to be completed, our team must have clear access to the agreed area. If entry is blocked or pets are uncontained and present safety concerns, the visit may need to be rescheduled. If we are unable to access the property, you may be charged for a missed visit.
Waste Placement (Standard Service): All waste will be placed in the client’s designated bin, ready for local authority collection. For Premium Service, we remove all waste from the premises.
You may request changes to your service level or add additional one-off services. Any changes in scope or frequency may result in an adjusted service fee, which we will confirm with you beforehand.
Our free trial includes two weekly visits of our Standard Service at no charge. There is no obligation to continue after the trial. If you choose to proceed with regular service, please let us know at least two days before the third visit to ensure a smooth transition.
Post-Trial Payment: Following the trial, our regular service is payable monthly in advance. For additional one-off service payment is due on completion.
Cancellations and Refunds: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid charges. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours, via our online portal and we will make it right.
We love referrals! For each friend you refer who signs up for ongoing service, you’ll receive 10% of the net fee they pay. There is no limit to the number of referral credits you can earn, so feel free to spread the word.
Disinfecting Procedures: To protect your family, pets, and property, we disinfect all tools and shoes before entering and after each visit.
Hazardous Waste: If waste poses a health risk due to excessive accumulation or hazardous materials, we may need to adjust the service or refuse service until conditions improve. We will communicate any concerns directly with you.
Employee Safety with Aggressive Pets: The safety of our team is a top priority. If a dog or other pet on the property displays aggressive or dangerous behaviour, we reserve the right to pause or discontinue service to protect our employees. We ask that all pets be secured during service times. If we identify any safety risks, we will inform you promptly to discuss how we can ensure a safe and positive experience for all parties involved.
Completion Notifications and Evidence: After each visit, we will notify you via email that the service has been completed. For your peace of mind, we will also include photographic evidence confirming that the gate has been securely closed before leaving the premises.
Feedback and Quality Assurance: We strive to maintain a five-star service standard and will request online feedback after each visit. If you provide a rating of three stars or below, we will reach out to discuss any concerns and work diligently to resolve any issues. Your satisfaction is essential to us, and we are committed to delivering a consistently outstanding experience.
Insurance Coverage: DoggyDoo is fully insured to provide you with peace of mind. In the unlikely event that any part of your property is damaged during our service, we will address it promptly. Minor damage will be rectified immediately, while more significant damage will be handled through our insurance claim process as necessary.
Damage Notifications: To ensure timely resolution, any damage must be reported within 24 hours of our visit using the online feedback service. Beyond this period, we cannot accept liability for damages.
Natural Wear and Residue: While we take care to avoid any harm to property, we are not liable for unavoidable waste residue or natural wear on heavily soiled surfaces.
DoggyDoo reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Clients will be informed of any changes in advance, and the most current terms will be available on our website.
These terms allow DoggyDoo to provide reliable, professional service while ensuring clarity and protection for all parties. We look forward to serving you and helping keep your outdoor spaces clean and enjoyable.
